Charla's Place return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can exchange your items for a prompt exchange. Exchanges must be done within fourteen days of the purchase date. All custom items are not exchangeable & are FINAL SALE! This includes all custom apparel, all rhinestone embellished items such as phones, cameras, sidekicks, blue tooth, etc. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In order for an exchange, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Items must be in original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
